Synthara emerged from a straightforward observation: most AI conversations between technology vendors and business leaders happen at different frequencies. Vendors speak in capability; leaders speak in operations. The gap between these two creates decisions that are either too cautious or too ambitious.
Our founders spent years on both sides of that gap — working in data infrastructure, operations consulting, and applied machine learning across the Asia-Pacific region. In 2021, they came together with a shared intent: to build an AI services firm that prioritises candour over salesmanship.
We operate from Singapore because this city is where some of the region's most considered AI adoption decisions are being made — by organisations that want to do it well, not just quickly. Our work reflects that same disposition.
