Who is the AI Readiness Consultation designed for?

It works well for leadership teams who want an independent perspective on where AI could realistically contribute to their operations — particularly those who are sceptical of vendor pitches and want an honest starting point. It suits organisations with some existing data infrastructure who are not yet sure how to prioritise AI investments.

How long do engagements typically take?

The readiness consultation runs approximately two weeks. Computer vision engagements range from four to ten weeks depending on the complexity of the visual task and the state of your imaging setup. Decision support systems vary — the typical timeline from scoping to initial deployment is six to twelve weeks, followed by three months of refinement.

Do we need to have data scientists on our team?

No. Part of what we assess during the readiness consultation is whether you have internal technical capacity, and we design the engagement accordingly. For computer vision and decision support work, our team handles the technical development, while yours provides domain knowledge and operational context.

What happens if AI turns out not to be a good fit?

That is a legitimate outcome from a readiness consultation, and one we will say plainly if the evidence supports it. Our goal is to give you accurate information, not to generate additional work for ourselves. Many of our clients have found the consultation valuable precisely because it helped them redirect resources toward higher-priority initiatives.

How is the pricing structured?

The readiness consultation is a fixed-fee engagement at SGD 390. Computer vision solution design begins at SGD 1,580, with variations depending on the scope of your specific context. The decision support system is SGD 2,450. We discuss all costs clearly before any work commences — there are no additional charges without your agreement in advance.

How is our data handled during engagements?

We handle client data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and document our data handling practices clearly in our engagement agreements. Where sensitive operational data is involved, we use secure environments and can accommodate additional requirements such as NDAs or data residency constraints before starting the engagement.
